유턴미 이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 "유턴미"(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 보드게임과 이에 딸린 알림, 광고 보상 등 모든 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 뜻)
1. "서비스"란 운영자가 모바일 앱과 웹으로 제공하는 주사위 보드게임 "유턴미"와 이에 딸린 기능(알림, 광고 보상, 시즌 순위, 버그 신고 등)을 말합니다.
2. "운영자"란 서비스를 만들고 운영하는 자를 말합니다.
3. "이용자"란 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 모든 사람을 말합니다. 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
4. "게임 재화"란 서비스 안의 돈, 땅, 건물, 카드, 주사위(굴리기) 등 게임 속에서만 쓰이는 모든 가상의 아이템을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
1. 이 약관은 서비스 화면과 웹 페이지(https://uturnme.imeji.com/terms)에 게시하여 이용자에게 알림으로써 효력이 생깁니다.
2. 운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꾸는 경우 시행일과 바뀐 내용을 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)에 서비스 안이나 웹 페이지에서 알립니다.
3. 이용자가 바뀐 약관의 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 멈추고 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (서비스의 내용)
- 주사위를 굴려 지도 위를 이동하고 땅을 사고 키우는 보드게임
- 시즌(한 달 단위)에 따른 순위와 결산
- 푸시 알림 발송(굴리기 충전, 정산, 인수 마감 등)
- 광고를 시청하고 게임 재화를 받는 보상형 광고
- 버그 신고와 의견 보내기
- 그 밖에 운영자가 정하는 서비스
서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 서비스 안에 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (이용 자격)
1. 서비스는 만 14세 이상이면 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 닉네임을 정해 서비스를 이용합니다. 닉네임에는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 불쾌감을 주는 표현을 쓰지 않아야 합니다.
제6조 (게임 재화에 관한 안내)
1. 게임 재화는 서비스 안에서만 쓰이는 가상의 아이템이며, 현금·상품권·실물 등으로 바꿀 수 없고 어떠한 금전적 가치도 없습니다.
2. 게임 재화를 다른 사람에게 팔거나 사고, 기기 속 진행 내용을 거래하거나 이를 알선하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 현재 서비스는 유료 결제(인앱 결제)를 제공하지 않습니다. 유료 기능을 추가하는 경우 사전에 약관과 서비스 화면에서 알립니다.
4. 서비스는 우연한 요소(주사위, 카드)를 포함하지만 현금이나 경품을 걸지 않는 순수한 게임입니다.
제7조 (광고와 보상)
1. 이용자는 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 약속된 보상(굴리기 추가, 정산 2배, 주사위 3개 던지기 등)을 받을 수 있습니다. 하루에 받을 수 있는 횟수는 서비스 화면에 안내합니다.
2. 광고 시청 여부는 광고 서비스 제공자(Google AdMob)가 서버로 보내는 확인 정보로 판단하며, 광고를 끝까지 보지 않았거나 확인되지 않은 경우에는 보상이 지급되지 않을 수 있습니다.
3. 광고의 내용은 광고주와 광고 서비스 제공자가 정하며, 광고에 관한 정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
제8조 (이용자의 의무와 금지 행위)
이용자는 법령, 이 약관, 서비스 안내를 지켜야 하며, 아래 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
1. 프로그램·매크로·봇 등을 이용한 부정 플레이, 서버·광고 보상 확인 절차를 속이는 행위
2. 서비스의 오류(버그)를 알면서 반복해서 이용해 이익을 얻거나 다른 이용자의 플레이를 방해하는 행위
3. 앱을 분해·변조·복제하거나 서비스의 소스 코드를 알아내려는 행위
4. 서버에 과도한 요청을 보내는 등 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
5. 타인을 사칭하거나 욕설, 비하, 혐오, 음란, 폭력적인 닉네임·의견을 보내는 행위
6. 그 밖에 법령을 어기거나 사회질서에 어긋나는 행위
운영자는 위 행위가 확인되면 경고, 보상 회수, 이용 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (서비스에 관한 권리)
1. 서비스와 서비스 안의 그림, 문장, 소리, 프로그램 등에 관한 저작권과 지식재산권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 운영자의 허락 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 판매 등 상업적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 이용자가 버그 신고·의견으로 보낸 내용은 서비스를 개선하는 데 사용할 수 있도록 운영자에게 사용을 허락한 것으로 봅니다.
제10조 (저장 데이터와 백업)
1. 게임 진행 내용은 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 진행 내용이 사라질 수 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 설정의 「데이터 내보내기」로 백업 코드를 만들어 두고 「데이터 불러오기」로 되돌릴 수 있으며, 백업은 이용자가 직접 관리해야 합니다.
3. 운영자는 기기 변경, 앱 삭제 등으로 이용자가 직접 보관하지 않은 진행 내용이 사라진 경우 복구할 의무를 지지 않습니다.
제11조 (알림)
운영자는 굴리기 충전, 정산, 인수 마감 등을 푸시 알림으로 보낼 수 있으며, 이용자는 앱 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 언제든지 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.
제12조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)
1. 운영자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 시즌 규칙과 게임 균형도 조정할 수 있습니다.
2. 서비스를 중단하는 경우 사전에 서비스 안이나 웹 페이지에서 알립니다. 다만 천재지변, 장애 등 부득이한 경우에는 사후에 알릴 수 있습니다.
제13조 (책임의 제한)
1. 운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 외부 서비스(앱 스토어, 광고, 알림 서비스 등)의 장애 등 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 서비스는 무료로 제공되므로, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 운영자는 이용자 사이 또는 이용자와 제3자 사이에서 생긴 분쟁에 개입할 의무가 없습니다.
제14조 (문의와 이의 제기)
서비스에 관한 문의, 불만, 이용 제한에 대한 이의는 앱의 설정 > 버그 신고 또는 이메일(imejikr@gmail.com)로 보낼 수 있으며, 운영자는 확인 후 알려 드립니다.
제15조 (개인정보의 보호)
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 처리방침」에 따라 보호합니다. 방침은 서비스 안과 웹 페이지(https://uturnme.imeji.com/privacy)에서 볼 수 있습니다.
제16조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)
이 약관과 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁에는 대한민국 법을 적용하며, 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
부칙
이 약관은 2026년 11월 7일부터 시행합니다.
UTurnMe Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the board game "UTurnMe" (the "Service") and its related features such as notifications and ad rewards, and the rights and duties of the operator and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" means the dice board game "UTurnMe" provided by the operator on mobile apps and the web, and its related features (notifications, ad rewards, season rankings, bug reports, etc.).
2. "Operator" means the person who creates and runs the Service.
3. "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these terms. No sign-up is required.
4. "Game items" means all virtual items used only inside the Service, such as money, land, buildings, cards and dice (rolls).
Article 3 (Effect and Changes)
1. These terms take effect when posted in the Service and on the web page (https://uturnme.imeji.com/terms).
2. The operator may change these terms within the limits of the law, and will announce the effective date and the changes in the Service or on the web page at least 7 days in advance (30 days if the change is unfavorable to users).
3. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete the app.
Article 4 (The Service)
- A board game where you roll dice, move on a map, and buy and grow land
- Season rankings and results (monthly seasons)
- Push notifications (rolls refilled, daily claim, takeover deadlines, etc.)
- Rewarded ads that give game items after you watch them
- Bug reports and feedback
- Other services decided by the operator
The Service is free, and the operator may show ads in it.
Article 5 (Eligibility)
1. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
2. You use a nickname in the Service. Nicknames must not infringe others' rights or contain offensive expressions.
Article 6 (Game Items)
1. Game items are virtual items used only inside the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or goods and have no monetary value.
2. You must not sell or buy game items, trade progress stored on a device, or arrange such trades.
3. The Service currently offers no paid purchases (in-app purchases). If paid features are added, we will announce it in advance in these terms and in the Service.
4. The Service contains elements of chance (dice, cards) but does not involve cash or prizes; it is a pure game.
Article 7 (Ads and Rewards)
1. When you watch a rewarded ad to the end, you may receive the promised reward (extra rolls, doubled daily claim, throwing 3 dice, etc.). Daily limits are shown in the Service.
2. Whether you watched an ad is decided by confirmation data that the ad provider (Google AdMob) sends to our server. If you did not finish the ad or it cannot be confirmed, the reward may not be given.
3. Ad content is decided by advertisers and the ad provider, and the handling of related information follows the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (User Duties and Prohibited Acts)
You must follow the law, these terms and the Service's notices, and must not:
1. Cheat using programs, macros or bots, or trick the server or the ad reward verification
2. Repeatedly exploit a known bug for gain or disrupt others' play
3. Disassemble, tamper with or copy the app, or try to obtain its source code
4. Interfere with the Service, for example by sending excessive requests to the server
5. Impersonate others, or send abusive, discriminatory, obscene or violent nicknames or feedback
6. Do anything else that violates the law or public order
If such acts are found, the operator may issue warnings, revoke rewards or restrict use.
Article 9 (Rights in the Service)
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service, including its art, text, sounds and programs, belong to the operator or the rightful owners.
2. You must not copy, distribute, sell or otherwise use them commercially without the operator's permission.
3. Content you send as bug reports or feedback may be used by the operator to improve the Service.
Article 10 (Saved Data and Backups)
1. Game progress is stored on your device by default. Deleting the app, changing devices or clearing app data may erase your progress.
2. You can make a backup code with "Export data" in Settings and restore it with "Load data". You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
3. The operator has no duty to restore progress that was lost because you did not keep a backup.
Article 11 (Notifications)
The operator may send push notifications such as rolls refilled, daily claim and takeover deadlines. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
Article 12 (Changes and Suspension)
1. The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and may adjust season rules and game balance.
2. If the Service is suspended, we will announce it in advance in the Service or on the web page, except where unavoidable (natural disasters, outages, etc.), in which case we may announce it afterward.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The operator is not liable when the Service cannot be provided for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, communication failures, or outages of external services (app stores, ads, notification services).
2. Because the Service is free, the operator is not liable for damages arising from its use unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
3. The operator has no duty to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.
Article 14 (Inquiries and Objections)
Questions, complaints and objections to usage restrictions can be sent via Settings > Report a bug or by email (imejikr@gmail.com). The operator will reply after review.
Article 15 (Privacy)
The operator protects users' personal information under the Privacy Policy, available in the Service and at https://uturnme.imeji.com/privacy.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Disputes)
Korean law governs these terms and the use of the Service, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provision
These terms take effect on November 7, 2026.
